On Arusi HQ, wedding organizers award certificates to committee members for real service. Each certificate carries a unique CERT-AHQ code. Recipients can claim and download later; anyone can verify a code on the public Certificates page.
That recognition loop matters. People are more willing to serve when the work can be seen — and a credible certificate brings those helpers into the same system that runs the wedding.
