How it works
From create to day-of.
A wedding usually moves through four stages. You can prepare as early as you like; the guest link stays the same.
- 01
Create
Sign up, open /app, and create the wedding. Set couple names, date, venue, ceremony and reception times, country, currency, and hero image. Arusi HQ derives a shareable slug from the names. Open the organizer dashboard when you are ready to prepare.
- 02
Prepare
Add guests and send invites. Invite co-organizers. Assign committee roles. Build the menu and inventory numbers. Write announcements. Draft the program for the MC. Design certificates if you will recognize helpers. Everything stays on this wedding.
- 03
Collect
Share /w/{slug}. Guests sign in, open the invitation, RSVP, choose meals and drinks, and keep their check-in code ready. You watch answers land in members, menu counts, and reports — without chasing every reply by hand.
- 04
Run the day
Protocol checks guests in at the door by QR or code. The MC runs the program live. Announcements and the feed keep people informed. When service deserves it, award certificates. Afterward, use reports to see who came, what was eaten, and what to keep.
