Roles
Clear jobs for the people running the wedding.
Arusi HQ separates ownership from guest participation and from scoped helper work. One person can hold only one of those relationships to a given wedding at a time.
Organizers
Couples and co-organizers own /organizer/{slug}: members, team, menu, inventory, reports, feed moderation, day-of tools, and certificates. On the guest link they see edit tools and do not RSVP as a guest. Promoting someone to organizer removes their guest row for that wedding.
Guests
Guests use /w/{slug} for invitation, RSVP, details, announcements, and feed when their member status allows. They keep a personal check-in code for the door. They can join from the public link or claim a seat that was pre-added by email.
Committee
Committee members get scoped permissions without full dashboard ownership — for example door check-in for Protocol & Security, live program for MC, or issuing certificates for President. Organizers assign roles on Members. Helpers do the job; organizers keep the wedding.
